Elogast Ohmbryn is a half-elf farmhand born on a quiet farm to two human dads and a chow chow named Jasmine. His mother, an elf, is unknown to him. His dads hoped for more, but Elogast knows little beyond fields and forests. Curious and talkative, he tried the village job fair, but no one hired him. At the strike of midnight, he met the mysterious Mr Grimmy and became his apprentice. Now, he spends his days delivering unseen messages, organising the ledger of the recently departed, cleaning haunted houses, and attending funerals incognito. Naive but eager, he steps cautiously into the strange, shadowed world of the unseen.
